COVID-19: What We’re Doing

For our clients and the community:

Two of our top priorities are the health, safety and well-being of our staff, our clients, and our community, and our commitment to quality service.

At our office we are taking the risks posed by COVID-19 seriously and we are making best efforts to follow the directions and recommendations of government and public health officials.

We remain actively open for business and continue to work for our clients, but are taking steps to conduct client business and meetings remotely for the immediate future.

We are discouraging all in-person attendance at our offices unless absolutely necessary; if you think you need to see us in person please make sure to confirm your appointment and maintain appropriate social distancing.

We are committed to taking full advantage of technology to make sure we continue to deliver the timely advice and services clients have come to expect.

Closures at the Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal

All levels of Court in Newfoundland and Labrador have suspended all but urgent and emergency hearings and filings.  More information can be found online at the Courts’ websites here and here.

If you are a current or a prospective client please feel free to contact us to discuss how this may affect your matter or your rights.

We’re here to help

The COVID-19 pandemic has rapidly become a source of significant risk and uncertainty for individuals and businesses. We understand that our clients will face challenges and tough decisions in the days ahead. We remain committed to providing sound advice and doing our part to help you weather the storm in the days ahead.

Stay safe.
